We handle all permit applications and approvals using industry-trusted Fair Trading body contracts (to protect your interests), so you don’t have to stress. During this phase, we'll also finalise selections and prepare for construction.

We’ll walk you through your build or renovation and carry out a quality assurance check, ensuring you’re ready to settle in. We’ll also present you with all warranty and maintenance information.
